Returns
• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Certain products such as personal care items, gift cards, and clearance/sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).
