Refund Policy

At ShopSite, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain products such as personal care items, gift cards, and clearance/sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).
